Looking for folks with residential and commercial mortgage notes that would like a discount between 30% - 50%? This is the one time "To Good To Be True" is actually TRUE. Is there anything that can be done to delay the foreclosure process. My seller has an auction date set for Aug 13th. The BPO was done today.(08/04) Any advice would be appreciated.
