Looking for Realtors who specialize or would like to specialize in Short Sales in AZ, CA, NV I would like to set up free training workshops at brokerages who are interested in helping their agents close more short sales at no cost to the agent or brokerage. Our current average for a short sale is 45 days. I am also looking to network with agents as we have numerous clients through our community workshops that need a realtor that specializes in short sales to represent them

People are losing their homes. Can you imagine what it’s like? To be losing your home and feeling as if you’re losing everything? They feel let down. And they’re beyond angry. But at who? The tragedy that is today’s foreclosure crisis is tearing at the fabric of our nation. But it’s doing so quietly. And no one wants to talk about it. Except those that complain. I studied 500+ complaints made by people that DID NOT hire a loan mod firm to help them negotiate with their lenders and servicers. And what I learned, I’ll never forget.
